Starting With Telehealth From San Marcos
San Marcos is a Hays County city along I-35, between Austin and San Antonio. There is no San Marcos office. I offer secure telehealth while you are located anywhere in Texas, so we can start by considering a video session from a private place at home. You may be looking for space to talk about a life that appears steady but feels overwhelming. I am interested in that difference, including what you have not found a way to say elsewhere.
Making Space on Your Side of the Screen
For a video appointment, it matters that you can speak without being overheard or pulled into another task. We can discuss what privacy would look like in your home and whether that setting feels right for you. You do not need to present a composed account simply because we are meeting on a screen. I will attend to your words and questions, and we can pause when something needs more time rather than hurry to the next topic.
English, Spanish or Portuguese for the Whole Conversation
I offer counseling in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, not only a greeting or a brief exchange in those languages. You can choose the language in which you want to discuss worry, grief, a relationship, or uncertainty about your next chapter. A word that feels ordinary at work may not carry the meaning you need at home. I welcome those differences. We can let your preference shape the conversation without asking you to translate every personal feeling into your professional vocabulary.
More Than the Version Others Rely On
You may be the person who notices what needs doing and rarely says when you are tired. Perhaps accomplishment has become the way you measure whether you are allowed to feel satisfied with yourself. I can explore those expectations with you while respecting the responsibilities you value. We can consider how current pressure relates to familiar patterns and what you notice in your emotions and relationships. There is no need to turn your experience into a convincing case for care.
The Office Option, Without the Assumption of a Trip
If you want to make the trip, I also meet by appointment at FUSE WorkSpace, 13341 W Hwy 290, Austin, TX 78737, on West Highway 290 in Southwest Austin. The office provides a private room outside your home. You can consider it without treating travel as the default for our work. My hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 8:00pm, with evenings Monday to Thursday. Secure telehealth remains available while you are located anywhere in Texas.
