Intensive, collaborative cohorts of 6 to 8 sessions, each one running for 90 minutes and taking place either in person or via secure telehealth. A high-level exchange where members learn from one another’s challenges and successes. By integrating peer perspectives with clinical guidance, foster deep connection and accelerated growth. While sharing a space for insightful experiences, participants adhere to strict confidentiality and interpersonal protocols.

A conversational process of guided self-discovery that helps navigate the complexities of your internal and external worlds. By fostering a high-trust environment, we move beyond surface-level symptoms to uncover the insights necessary for long-term resilience and self-reliance.

50-to-60-minute sessions either in person at Southwest Austin (link to map) or via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform.

Group Therapy

  • Burnout -chronic stress, confusion, disconnect, dissociation, anger, and impulsivity. Cognitive distortions. Somatic effects of uncertainty and sustained distress.

  • Mood concerns -depression and anxiety. Lack of quality sleep. Unexplained indifference, sadness, or irritability. Feelings of worthlessness or social inadequacy. Invasive memories, scattered thoughts, and numbness. Excessive preoccupation or anticipation.

  • Trauma -unresolved chronic or recent trauma; secondary trauma; grief and loss. Anger, disbelief, shock, and sorrow.

  • Interpersonal difficulties -social dread or phobia, self-consciousness, maladaptive behavioral patterns, or addictive behaviors.

  • Responsibility-related strain -leadership stress, power and mission confusion, identity challenges, executive presence, multi-layered relationships.

  • Identity and career transitions -decreased self-confidence, uncertain self-outlook, life stagnation, facing change, fighting perfectionism, balancing career with family. Frustration or inability to achieve goals.
