When Steady Is Not the Whole Story
People often describe you as calm, capable, and reliable. You answer the hard email, steady the anxious colleague, and remember what everyone else forgot. What fewer people see is how much effort that steadiness takes, or how rarely you get to stop. In our work together, you do not need to keep up the composed version of yourself. You can arrive tired, uncertain, or unsure where to begin, and we will take it from there at a pace that respects you.
Meeting in Person, Within Reach of Driftwood
Driftwood is a Hill Country community southwest of Austin, near Dripping Springs, and the office on West Highway 290 is within reach. I see clients by appointment at FUSE WorkSpace, 13341 W Hwy 290, Austin, TX 78737, in Southwest Austin. The room is private and quiet, set apart from the places where you are usually needed. For many people, simply having somewhere to go that belongs only to this conversation makes it easier to speak honestly and listen to themselves.
What Lives Beneath the Surface
Overwhelm rarely looks dramatic from the outside. It can show up as a restless mind at night, irritation that seems out of proportion, a quiet sense of disconnection, or the feeling that you are always one step behind your own life. Old experiences can surface during new seasons, and a role you once loved can begin to feel heavy. I work with the whole person, paying attention to your thoughts, emotions, body, relationships, and history, so that we can understand what is driving the strain instead of asking you to simply push harder.
Work That Follows Your Lead
Each person brings something different, so our sessions are shaped around you. We might explore the expectations you hold for yourself, the patterns that repeat in your closest relationships, or the moments when you feel least like yourself. We can also make room for the questions underneath the busy calendar: what you want, what you value, and what you are ready to change. My role is to listen closely, reflect what I notice, and work alongside you as clarity takes shape.
Your Language, Your Format
I offer sessions in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. Speaking in the language closest to a feeling or a memory can open doors that another language keeps closed, so you are welcome to choose whichever lets you say what is true. When coming to the office does not fit your week, we can meet through secure telehealth, as long as you are located in Texas for each session. Many clients find it helpful to know both options are available.
