After Everything Else Is Done
Kyle is a Hays County city along I-35, between Buda and San Marcos. Your day may end with a list still running through your mind, even when you have done what others needed. Perhaps you tell yourself there will be time for your feelings later. I welcome you before you reach that imagined quieter moment. You do not need to be less capable, or more visibly distressed, for us to take your private experience seriously.
Meeting From the Place You Already Are
Secure telehealth allows me to meet with you from home while you are located anywhere in Texas. If leaving the house feels like one more demand, video may be the option you want to consider first. We can talk about whether there is a room where you can speak privately and what might interrupt the appointment. I want the setting to allow attention to your experience, rather than leave you managing other responsibilities throughout our conversation.
When You Want a Separate Room
You may prefer a place outside the house, especially when home carries its own expectations. I offer in-person sessions by appointment at FUSE WorkSpace, 13341 W Hwy 290, Austin, TX 78737, on West Highway 290 in Southwest Austin, for those who want to make the trip. That is the office option, not a requirement. We can discuss what you want from the setting and whether an office appointment or secure telehealth in Texas suits you.
Listening to What You Keep Setting Aside
A long day can leave you with more than physical fatigue. You might notice resentment you do not want to admit, worry that becomes louder at night, or sadness that seems difficult to explain. I can sit with those feelings alongside you without asking you to justify them through the size of your workload. Our conversation can include what you expect of yourself, what you find difficult to ask for, and what happens when your own needs come last.
A Time and Language of Your Choosing
I offer appointments Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 8:00pm, with evenings Monday to Thursday. Sessions are available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. You may have a preference about both the hour and the language, and I welcome those questions when we first speak. I will not assume that the way you communicate at work is the way you want to describe a personal concern. The conversation can start with your words, even when they feel tentative.
