Between Home and the Workday
Buda is a Hays County city along I-35, just south of Austin. If your days move between home and work up the I-35 corridor, you may feel as though every part of the week already belongs to someone else. You can be organized, accomplished, and outwardly steady while feeling stretched inside. I offer individual therapy as time to consider your experience without turning it into another task you are supposed to handle efficiently.
An Evening That Includes You
My hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 8:00pm, with evening appointments Monday to Thursday. An evening session may suit you when the workday leaves little room for a conversation about yourself. I do not assume that a particular time will fit simply because it falls after work. We can talk about your obligations and what you can realistically protect in your calendar, including whether secure telehealth from home would be preferable on heavier weeks.
Choosing Where the Conversation Happens
For those who want to make the trip, I see you by appointment at FUSE WorkSpace, 13341 W Hwy 290, Austin, TX 78737, on West Highway 290 in Southwest Austin. In-person sessions offer a private room distinct from home and work. Secure telehealth is also available while you are located anywhere in Texas. You do not have to make an office visit the condition for beginning; we can discuss a format that respects the week you actually have.
What the Schedule Does Not Explain
A busy calendar may be part of the strain without explaining all of it. You might find it difficult to decline a request, stop checking on a project, or say what you need in a relationship. I can explore those moments with you and ask how they connect to the expectations you carry. We can attend to worry, fatigue, or a change in mood without assuming that better scheduling alone answers the questions beneath them.
Speaking Beyond Your Professional Voice
You may spend the day choosing words carefully for other people and arrive in therapy wanting to speak without that effort. I offer sessions in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, so the language of our conversation can reflect your preference rather than your work setting. You can bring the feeling before you have a tidy account of it. In person or by secure telehealth in Texas, I will listen for your meaning and leave room for what takes time to say.
